ES SAP Cloud Lead

We are currently searching for a ES SAP Cloud Lead (SuccessFactors Cutover Consultant):

Responsibilities:

Lead the transition process from a legacy system to the new SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Plan and manage all transition activities including data migration, system configuration, and testing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

Oversee end-to-end processes ensuring data integrity and functional continuity.

Support user enablement and ensure successful system adoption post-transition.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SAP environments with a focus on SuccessFactors.

Proven experience in managing system transitions or cutovers.

Strong understanding of data migration, testing, and configuration within SAP SuccessFactors.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.

Native Spanish.
