Job Summary: A CNC Machinist operates computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts based on engineering drawings and specifications. They are responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders to create high-quality industrial equipment. Pay rate is $24-28/hour based on experience, overtime opportunities are available based on production needs. 2nd shifts available.

Job Summary: The CNC Wire Bender is responsible for setting up and operating the CNC Wire Bender machine, understanding specifications, interpret complex technical documents such as blueprints and Auto Cad Drawings, and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production of components. Pay rate is $24-26/hour based on experience, overtime opportunities are available based on production needs. 1st and 2nd shifts available.

Job Summary: The CNC Optimizer assists the CNC Machinist and Engineering teams to optimize workflow, CNC programs, tool use, operator training, and machine utilization that will lead company savings in tools and part cost reduction while increasing parts flow, the flexibility and knowledge of the CNC and programming department. Pay rate is $24-30/hour based on experience, overtime opportunities are available based on production needs. Must have 7 years of CNC Machinist experience. 1st and 2nd shifts are available.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders) based on production specifications and blueprints.

Load and adjust programs into CNC machinery to ensure proper machining operations.

Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet specifications and adjust settings as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC equipment, including diagnosing malfunctions and performing routine maintenance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Maintain production logs and documentation of machine setups and maintenance.

Requirements

Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding of machining principles.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Knowledge of machining tools, equipment, and materials.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.

Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is often required.

CNC Optimizer candidates must have at least 7 years of CNC Machinist experience.

1 to 3 years of CNC wire bending experience or CNC experience for the CNC Wire Bender Role
