What do you need to be a Construction Laborer with us?

Clean, professional appearance

Strong work ethic and a great team mentality

Ability to stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift loads of 70-80 lbs for an 8-hour shift

Desire and ability to work outside

Great communication skills

Dependable nature - show up every day on time with a positive attitude

Reliable transportation

You must live on Kauai currently or already be planning to relocate to the island

Starting pay is $23-$25/hour depending on experience!
