Trust Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to serve our partners at the Defense Logistics Agency.

What you'll do...

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to identify, analyze, and optimize our business processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Day to day you'll ...

Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies and solutions.

Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to drive process optimization.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process improvements.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in process re-engineering. What you'll bring to the team

Education

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Experience with business process re-engineering / improvement in any of the following areas: finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams to influence change. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP, or any other ERP systems.

SQL preferred or other programming language knowledge (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB).

Understanding of Business Process Management tools, such as Celonis or other BPMN applications.

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
