My client is a construction firm that specializes in multifamily/mixed use and hotel work. They have a decades-long track record of excellence in this space and are currently in a phase of sustainable growth.

Majority of work in the multifamily space, with projects in hotel and commercial sectors as well

Both ground up and renovation work

$300m a year + in annual revenue

Have built over 5,000 units in the state of Wisconsin Job Description

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project plans and timelines.

Budget Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.

Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.

Safety: Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.

Client Communication: Serve as main contact for clients, provide progress updates. The Successful Applicant

5+ years construction experience

Multifamily construction experience

Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing

College degree in construction related field is a plus!

Knowledge of relevant construction softwares

Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations
