Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a CAD Designer at MRA, you'll be an essential part of our builder services team, supporting a variety of residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with our engineers and project managers to help design and develop plans for:

Roadway layouts

Utility systems (water, sewer, storm drain)

Stormwater management solutions

Site grading and erosion control strategies We're seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn!

The ideal candidate will have:

A high school diploma (formal CAD training or relevant coursework is a plus)

Hands-on experience with recent versions of AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D is highly desirable

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
