Indotronix is seeking a Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA and multiple client tech hub locations
Position: Project Manager
Locations: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ
Ability to work remotely: Hybrid remote
Acceptable time zone(s): EST, CST
Days of the week: M-F
Working Hours (Flexible): 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
-We have several initiatives for the Orange Rocket transformation falling under the Site Reliability Center (SRC) - Global Ops Model, Central Logging, Observability and AI, Change Engineering Automation.
-PM will be required to work on more than one effort at a time.
-Need a strong PM that has an awareness of a Site Reliability Center. Proficiency with Clarizen would be ideal.
-Strong communicator delivering clear, concise reports, status updates, etc.
-Strong problem solver, highly adaptable to changing environments, Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives - ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
-Develop a strong partnership with our business partners. Critical thinking is a must.
Must Have Technical Skills:
-Strong PM experience
-Clarizen
-Experience managing complex, cross functional initiatives
-Experience Managing Partnership with Stakeholders
-Strong leadership and Stakeholder management
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
-Strong awareness of a Site Reliability Center
-Executive Reporting Skills
-PMI or PMP certification highly preferred
Soft Skills:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Critical Thinking Skills
-Extreme attention to Detail
-Trustworthy
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's minimum PMI or PMP certification is highly preferred
