Accounts Payable Associate

We are currently hiring for Accounts Payable Associate in Schaumburg, IL

What will you do as an Accounts Payable Associate?

Set up new vendors, maintain accurate records and manage filing

Processing invoicing (PO & non-PO) and application of payments in a timely fashion

Purchase order management in MVP system, including matching invoices to packing slips and POs

Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements

Process weekly check runs and monthly commission payments

Process expense reports

Post transactions for AP/AR, cash receipts, and disbursements to general ledger

Research, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies with Purchasing and Merchandising Departments Who qualifies for the Accounts Payable Associate position?

2 - 4 years of Accounts Payable experience, including high volume data entry in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with ERP or MVP systems to process vendor invoicing

Proficient in Concur for expense management and reporting and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers What hours will the Accounts Payable Associate work?

Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 4:30p

Full-time, 40 hours/week

Starting pay is $24/hour
