Job Description
Develop detailed project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource requirements
On-site and in office work
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
Ensure that projects are completed within the scope, time-line, and budget outlined in the project plan

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
4+ years of experience in Construction
Have run multiple projects from conception to completion
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
JOC experience is required
