This role offers flexible hours (20-25 hours per week) and the option to work remotely following a successful onsite training period
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow the Firm guidelines to correctly enter billing data paying close attention to detail.
Compare source documents to verify accuracy of data.
Exercise good judgement in escalating potential issues to management.
Assist other team members with workload balancing.
Perform special projects and other relevant tasks as assigned.
Occasionally support reception desk coverage to greet visitors and receive packages. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
You're a team player who can communicate and interact with all members of the Firm.
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years' experience in office/corporate setting.
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Effective written and oral communication.
Excellent typing skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in current business software applications, including MS Office and ability to learn and use other applications.
Working knowledge of standard office equipment (laptop, printer, copier, scanner, etc.)
Knowledge of legal terminology a plus!
