Shipping Coordinator: Beloit, Wisconsin

Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Shipping Coordinators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for verifying shipment accuracy, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, maintaining inventory of shipping materials, scheduling truck deliveries, and ensuring all safety and organizational standards are met.

Responsibilities of the Shipping Coordinator:

Examine shipment contents within 24 hours of receipt and compare with records to verify accuracy.

Prepare shipping documents (work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders) and route materials.

Pack, seal, label, or affix postage for shipping, ensuring accuracy.

Contact carrier representatives to arrange shipping and delivery instructions.

Coordinate truck scheduling with the Plant Manager and Office Manager.

Maintain weekly inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

Shipping Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (greater than 2/3 of the time).

Forklift certification required.

High school diploma or GED required.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Driver’s license preferred.

Pay for Shipping Coordinator: Starting at $20/hour.
