Warehouse Manager

Seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our B2B distribution facility, which also fulfills e-commerce orders. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, deep experience in inventory management using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and has been directly involved in implementing or upgrading a WMS. This individual will drive process improvements through SOP development and data-driven decisions using key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in a pick-pack facility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to SOPs.

Use WMS for real-time inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and operational reporting; assist with WMS upgrades or system improvements.

Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to standardize operations and improve efficiency.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize performance.

Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, sales, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Support both B2B and e-commerce fulfillment workflows, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of warehouse management experience in a B2B distribution or pick-pack operation.

Proven experience working with and improving WMS platforms, including implementation or upgrade projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.

Experience creating and enforcing SOPs across warehouse functions.

Demonstrated ability to use KPIs to drive improvements and measure success.

Solid understanding of inventory and supply chain best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
