Join our team at Coach USA as a Driver Trainer and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our drivers.

The Driver Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire driver certification training, post-accident training, and annual refresher training for all existing drivers.

Coordination with the Operations Department and Safety Manager will be needed for efficient scheduling.We offer:\n\nBenefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance\n401k Retirement Plan\nPaid vacation and personal days\nGreat work environment\n\nJob Details:\n\nConduct biannual refreshers for all operators\nConduct 30-60-90 days follow up refresher on new hires\nAssist in basic operational procedures of the company\nMaintaining driver compliance set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)\nAssisting with monthly safety meetings\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nHigh School or equivalent\nCDL Class A or B with passenger and air brake endorsement\nExcellent communication and interpersonal communication skills\nExceptional listening skills\nAbility to think independently\nMust pass pre-employment drug test and will be subject to periodic random Drug and Alcohol Testing\n\nCoach USA, Suburban Transit Lines, LLC.
