Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Maintain communication with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders

Monitor site safety, compliance, and risk management

Track project progress, budgets, and change orders

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential construction project management

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficient with project management software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project)

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
