Type: Full-Time, weekends required

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday

Compensation: Competitive, hourly or salary (negotiable, depending on experience) plus bonuses.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our boutique. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, leading a dynamic team, and maintaining the high standards that define MaidenWhite.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Service Recovery: Deliver outstanding service to brides and their guests, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Leadership: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, utilizing deep product knowledge and personalized consultations.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily store functions, including inventory control and management, appointment scheduling, client communication, vendor communication, etc.

Manager on Duty: Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager / Owner, ensuring seamless operations.

Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to balance administrative duties with team and sales management, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in retail and employee management, preferably in bridal or luxury fashion.

A degree in business management is not necessary, but preferred.

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.

Flexibility to work weekends and attend special events as needed.

Ability to work in a dynamic-paced environment

A passion for bridal fashion and delivering memorable customer experiences.
