Introductions to new clients

Responsibilities
Provide health care services in patients residences
Perform Light household tasks
Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or run errands if authorized
Assistance with Medications
Assist with clients personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
Meal preparation based on diet
Provide companionship and basic emotional support
Skills
Proven working experience as HHA, CNA, PCT, Nursing Assistant, Caregiver
Ability to monitor vital signs
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Proficiency in English Bilingual a PLUS
Caring and compassionate personality in a professional manner
Current CPR certificate
TB Skin Test (tuberculosis test results) or Chest X-Ray report
HHA or CNA Training Certificate
Assist with Medications
HIV
Alziehmers Certification of training
Valid driver’s license
Social Security
High school degree
