We are a profitable, privately owned dental practice in San Jose that wants to make a difference in the community. Our leadership team has over 20 years start-up and dental operations experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and young adults, has an excellent chair-side manner, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and preventive treatments.

Foster a welcoming and supportive environment to help children feel comfortable during dental visits.

Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.

Collaborate with the dental team to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.

Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active California dental license.

Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program is highly desired. Cross training and mentorship available for new general dentists.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Part and Full-time positions available. The ideal candidate able to work Saturdays and takes a week day off.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation based on experience.

Compensation includes a base daily rate and a percentage of collections.
