The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within a clinical setting. The APP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support throughout their healthcare journey.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
* Administer medications and perform procedures as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
