Staffmark is hiring a Dock Associate in Calera, AL, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours & Pay: Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM What You'll Be Doing: In this physically active warehouse role, you'll be the engine that powers product movement and distribution throughout the facility.

From unloading trucks and inspecting freight to operating stand-up equipment and maintaining a clean dock area, your work will directly impact the flow and accuracy of operations.

Key Responsibilities Include: * Operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks * Unloading incoming shipments and breaking down pallets * Inspecting freight for accuracy and damage * Building new pallets and managing product putaway * Lifting and moving 50-75 lbs consistently throughout the shift * Maintaining safety standards and cleanliness * Collaborating with teammates to meet daily operational targets What You'll Need: * Minimum 1 year of experience operating stand-up warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (sit-down experience not accepted) * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods * A safety-first mindset, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic * Dependability and a team-oriented attitude Benefits That Work for You: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your lifestyle and future.
