This is more than a sales job — it’s a chance to guide customers through beautiful, functional interior choices for their homes and businesses. From flooring and tile to cabinetry and countertops, you’ll help clients make decisions that truly transform their spaces.

Duties

Welcome customers in our showroom and by phone with professionalism and warmth

Help clients navigate flooring and finish options — from carpet, hardwood, and tile to countertops and cabinetry

Share decorating and design advice tailored to each customer’s style and needs

Use our product database to process orders and check availability

Handle payments or obtain credit authorizations

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Maintain an organized, clean, and inspiring showroom

Collaborate with a supportive, tight-knit team

Stay up to date on our premium product lines and trends

Represent Gallatin Valley Carpet One in the store and in the community

Requirements

A strong interest in interior design, sales, or customer experience

Friendly, professional, and great at asking the right questions

Comfortable working with computers and managing order systems

Self-motivated, but a great team player

Someone who takes pride in creating amazing customer experiences

Nice To Haves

Interior Design experience

Graphic Design and/or artistic abilities

Sense of style to develop aesthetically pleasing designs
