Position Summary
Responsible for customer relationships and managing customer programs, making sure to meet all TDK and Customer goals and initiatives for Factory Automation Group.
Essential Functions
Communication and Reporting. 10.0 Interact with all levels of management and employees on an ongoing basis to gather information, discuss/resolve issues, and present reports and recommendations.
Technical Information. 10.0 Provide technical information to customer.
Marketing Plan. 5.0 Plan the marketing mix and marketing effort supporting the Company mission and strategy. Includes establishment of targets for the control of marketing functions on both a long and short range basis.
New Product Development to the customer. 10.0 Interact with customers throughout the product development and introductions process.
Sales Planning. 5.0 Plan and/or implement sales strategies.
Product Support. 45.0 Support activities of load port customers in the field.
Product Support. 15.0 Provide support of AFM-15 and MDM-50 in the field.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school): Required
Mechanical Engineering: Preferred
Electrical Engineering: Preferred
Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in semiconductor automation: Preferred
Skills: Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
Troubleshoot HW with ability to identify root cause and corrective action
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics
Ability to analyze and interpret command logs
Language: English: Required
Japanese: Preferred
