Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product teams, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Website Management: Ensure the website remains engaging and up-to-date with current marketing campaigns.
Market Research: Analyze trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to refine marketing strategies.
Performance Analytics: Use Salesforce and other tools to evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Budget Management: Strategically allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably as a sole contributor or in a small team.
Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while engaging stakeholders effectively.
Campaign Execution: Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Communication & Project Management: Strong ability to manage projects and communicate effectively.
Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
Website Management: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
SEO & CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
