RESPONSIBILITIES

Promptly and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as soon as possible

As needed, you maintain a waiting list.

Rotate seating stations and handle complaints as well as thank guests and invite them to return

Answer the phone, take messages, and complete to-go orders while maintaining a high level of customer service

Handle money in a responsible manner by maintaining guest checks

Perform restroom cleaning duties and reset tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOST

Ability to effectively communicate with both guests and team members

Willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
