Job Title: Brake Press Operator

Location: Mansfield, TX 76063

Schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $18 – $25/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time Long-Term

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Brake Press Operator for a full-time, long-term position in Mansfield, TX. This is a great opportunity with room for growth in a stable company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating brake press machinery, preferably Amada, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a brake press machine to bend, form, and shape metal parts

Read and interpret blueprints and job orders

Use measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) to ensure product accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a brake press machine (Amada experience is a plus)

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Comfortable working 2nd shift and standing for extended periods

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Reliable and team-oriented

Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
