We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data and records into our company’s database

• Sort, compile, and verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Perform regular backups of relevant data to ensure data security

• Respond to data inquiries from team members promptly and effectively

• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

• Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data before submission

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

• High school diploma/GED required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
