Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This part-time position combines front-of-house customer service responsibilities with back-of-house order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Schedule:
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Receptionist duties)
Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Fulfillment duties)
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Fulfillment duties)
Friday: 6:30 PM – Midnight
Saturday: 6:30 PM – Midnight
Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties:
Welcome customers with a positive and friendly demeanor.
Answer phones, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Assist customers with directions, information, and product inquiries.
Manage the front desk, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
Fulfillment Duties:
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure inventory is properly stocked, labeled, and organized.
Coordinate with team members to handle returns or exchanges promptly.
Monitor order tracking systems and address any discrepancies or delays.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, order processing software).
Previous retail, receptionist, or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours as per the schedule outlined.
