Job Description:
Oversee inventory management across a variety of retail stores and third-party platforms. Regularly review on-hand quantities and assess stock levels based on supply duration, current sales performance, seasonal trends, and artist lifecycle.
Forecast sales and inventory needs for core products utilizing historical sales data and anticipated growth projections.
Identify opportunities for promotional and marketing strategies, determining the lifecycle of each product.
Provide insights and recommendations for inventory positions or print-on-demand strategies based on e-commerce SKU performance analysis.
Effectively communicate inventory requirements with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
Monitor direct-to-consumer (D2C) product sales, identifying items for potential removal from inventory.
Initiate purchasing processes, securing financial approvals and coordinating with the production team for timely fulfillment.
Keep stakeholders informed of incoming orders and timelines, ensuring logistical teams are prepared for inventory arrivals.
Serve as the primary contact for logistics and customer service teams regarding inquiries related to incoming stock.
Collaborate closely with our in-house production team, fostering strong relationships to research and resolve any challenges or issues.
Troubleshoot and address any order discrepancies or concerns proactively.
