**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our facility in Belton, Texas, specializing in 3D printing for aerospace, automotive, and healthcare industries. In this role, you will perform low-level maintenance and operation of all production equipment, ensuring high up-time and quality prototypes are produced.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stage and store raw materials.
+ Load machines for the next build.
+ Start machines for new or additional builds.
+ Clean and prep the machine for the next build.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanically inclined.
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Email.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Quality control experience.
+ Experience with hand tools.
+ Experience in bead and wet blasting.
+ Experience in machine operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year of experience within manufacturing or a High School Diploma with a specific career interest in manufacturing.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours a day.
+ Positive attitude.
+ Experience working in an AS9100 environment.

**Work Environment**
Work in a well-ventilated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment. You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented, and laid-back atmosphere, collaborating with helpful and humorous leaders. The role includes first shift hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some overtime opportunities.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Belton, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
