**Job Title: Fabricator**
**Job Description**
This candidate will be fabricating and assembling metal framework of doors and windows for buildings by performing various duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Installing hardware such as locks, lock sets, hinging, and storefront aluminum extrusions, including fabrication and assembly.
+ Developing layouts and planning the sequence of operations.
+ Performing layout and preparing framing.
+ Setting up and operating fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, radial arm saws, drill presses, mitre saws, and milling machines.
+ Sawing, hammering, and grinding workpieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
+ Drilling holes and fastening material together with screws.
+ Safely operating basic power tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings and use a tape measure.
+ Prior carpentry and/or metal assembly experience.
+ Ability to apply quality control standards to products.
+ Must be able to meet attendance requirements.
+ Ability to work professionally with others.
+ Ability to follow instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ No medical or certificates required.

**Work Environment**
You will be working at a warehouse located in Oshkosh, with very minimal travel required to install metal door/window frames in the Oshkosh area.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
