**Job Title: Paint Line Helper**

**Job Description**

Join a well-established, family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in producing custom electrical enclosure solutions. The role involves working with various industries, including Material Handling Systems, OEM, Building Automation Systems, and Distribution.

**Responsibilities**

+ Hang parts on the paint line, consistently handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

+ Assist with spray painting and blasting processes.

+ Perform sanding, industrial painting, and coating tasks.

+ Use hand tools for grinding and production activities.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience in helping with spray painting and blasting.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools, grinding, and production techniques.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in powder coating, industrial paint preparation, racking, and sandblasting.

+ General labor and assembly experience.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is industrial and involves working with aluminum and other metals. The paint booth is a dirty, industrial room but climate-controlled, while the rest of the facility is non-climate controlled with large fans throughout. The position requires steel-toed shoes and involves working Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Personal protective equipment such as eye glasses and ear plugs is provided.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
