Utilities Operator - Maintenance (2nd Shift)

Position Summary

We are hiring for the role of Operator - Maintenance for the Utilities Department.

2nd Shift: 1:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday Essential Job Functions

Monitor performance of all treatment plant equipment, including checking/adjusting/calibrating control equipment and recording data.

Assist with daily operations and inspection of process equipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of department buildings.

Repair/replace motors, filters, aerators, heaters, switches, and pumps.

Troubleshoot Instrumentation and Controls (I&C).

Maintain and operate various vehicles, tools and equipment, including sludge dewatering equipment.

Monitor and maintain lift stations. Maintain plant and lift station grounds.
