As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will work in tandem with brokers/consultants to deliver exceptional service and support in managing employee benefits programs.

At our firm, we don’t have producers who sell, and support teams who service.

We believe that to truly provide the best for our customers it takes a total team approach where brokers don’t step out after the sale is over.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, overseeing the day-to-day administration of client accounts, and managing marketing, onboarding, renewal and case installation workflows.
