Position Highlights:

Physician-led, patient centered, team-based, supportive primary care environment

Lower acuity and overflow visits for local Primary Care practices

Scheduled patient visits while collaborating with PCPC at local Primary Care offices

Flexible 8:00a – 6:00p schedules; 4 shifts weekly with a 1-hour lunch

Seeking Full-Time commitment of 36 direct patient care hours (4 days/wk) plus 4 hours administrative time per week

Autonomy in practice while collaborating with other clinicians

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program

Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA

Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)

The salary range for this role is $ $104,500 to $ $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
