What You’ll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role (automotive experience a plus)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
