TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Punch Press-Die Setter Operator in the Houston, TX area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Manufacturing -Machine Shop

PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday – Friday 6 AM-3 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce parts for assembly operations, set Amada press machines and fixture, load stamping dies onto press machine.

Load and Unload sheet metal safely into machine, change tools, select required sheet metal programs.

Inspect products for quality assurance by using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Assist with machine preventative maintenance using proper log out tag out procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years experience on a press brake in a manufacturing environment, prefer to have on the job punch press experience within the last 2 years.

Experience in lean manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to accurately use and read drawings and blue prints.

Meet or exceed company productivity standards.

Great communication skills with ability to read and write in English.
