Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid/On-site)

Base Compensation: $220,000 - $230,000 per year

Signing Bonus: $30,000

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsQualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of professional experience in software development

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, JavaScript)

Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design

Experience with distributed systems, cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and RESTful APIs is a plus
