Weekend Machinist

Job Description

Our client, a leading Machining and Metal Treatment company, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

This position runs every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday from 6:00am-6:00pm -Work 36hrs, get paid for 40!

Job Title: Machinist

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

What's the Job?

Exhibit and enforce a culture where safety is the priority!

Operate CNC machining equipment on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Achieve productivity standards and produce quality parts according to customer specifications.

Complete all required production paperwork, records, and documentation.

Participate actively in driving the 5S culture and standards.

What's Needed?

Previous CNC experience - preferably 3 years experience or more

Ability to demonstrate safe behaviors and follow policies and procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Willingness to cover breaks and assist with chip dumping and coolant additions.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
