With our expanding customer base, we are looking for an Office/Remote Tele Chat Support to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Overview: As our Office/Remote Tele Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through our online chat platform. You will engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and assist with order processing. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to provide suggestions for improving our customer service processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer support.

- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Process orders and assist with order tracking and delivery inquiries.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate suggestions for improvement to the team.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and communicate any updates or changes to customers.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a chat/online support role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask efficiently.

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attentive to detail and able to problem solve effectively.
