Salary Range: $55,000 - $57,500 year / $26.44-$27.64 per hour
Profit-Sharing: Profit-sharing comprehensive program amounts vary based on quarterly and annual company results and are not guaranteed.

Role Summary: Maintains business social media content. Creates a welcoming atmosphere for internal and external customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Interfaces with our third-party marketing vendor regarding social media content management, timelines, and post-screening
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location
Answers, screens, and directs calls on the multi-line phone system courteously and professionally; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to the appropriate employee, or voice mail
Assists in client servicing interfacing
Assists in client paperwork
Learns and becomes proficient with our client software program
Opens and routes incoming mail
Prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages
Composes and prepares routine correspondence as required
Performs general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required
Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, including submitting service/work orders, and keeps the reception area organized
Maintains the cleanliness of the lobby and the employee break area
Demonstrates a prominent level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Organizes external investor events
Organizes internal Tuesday meetings and lunches
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of one+ (1+) year of experience with business social media content
Customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels
Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
An understanding of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
