**HIRING WEILER MACHINE OPERATOR**

An International Oilfield services company that manufactures inflatable packers and swellable packer products is seeking a skilled Weiler Machine Operator to join a dynamic team in a climate-controlled shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating various machining tools and equipment.

Location: Houston, TX 77092

Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/hr. (DOE)

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling machines and electrical discharge machining equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for machining operations.

Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production.

Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

High Diploma or GED

Mori Seki with Fanuc controls experience

Threading experience should include: API, Rotary shoulder connections, buttress, Stub Acme, Acme, 8 round 10 round tapered connections.

Must have set up experience

Ability to read and understand g-code

Ability to read and run canned cycles

Experience with threads (rotary connections, IF threads)

Own toolbox and tools

Be able to work with close tolerances
