Front Office Coordinator - DIRECT HIRE Greet clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office. Handle incoming telephone calls and our telephone software. Sort and distribute mail. Send periodic client correspondence. Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork. Handle firm calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office. Manage office supplies. Coordinate outside vendors. Coordinate client events. Assist with digital Content and Marketing. Assist with Quickbooks Administration. Perform other duties as assigned. Front Office Coordinator requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, attitude, and an extraordinary client service orientation. Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone.
