Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and administration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends to recommend appropriate coverage options
Assist in sales administration tasks to support the sales team
Utilize knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance in handling sensitive client information
Skills
Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
Receive and/or maintain appropriate agent licensing within 90 days of employment
Handle multiple tasks at a time
Optimistic and good intrinsic work ethic
Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication and written skills with fellow employees and customers
Generally positive person to work with
