As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our learning and training initiatives for over 6,000 employees. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to create effective, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across the organization.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and publish engaging and effective learning content in varying formats, including but not limited to, e-learnings, modules, videos, and blending learning content that aligns with business goals.

Partner with LMS administrators to manage and update the LMS platform, ensuring all content is current, functional, and accessible to employees across global locations.

Partner with subject matter experts and HR partners to translate technical or complex information into learner-friendly materials.

Facilitate the rollout of new learning programs, including communication strategies, training schedules, and learner engagement tactics.

Stay current on industry trends in instructional design and communication, incorporating innovative approaches into learning and messaging strategies.

Create internal communications & design on behalf of the CHRO, such as organizational announcements, policy updates, and executive messaging.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure tone, branding, and messaging are aligned across platforms.

Establish and enforce instructional design brand standards, including templates, style guides, and content consistency practicesQualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field

2-4 years work experience in HR, talent development, talent management, or related field

HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)

Experience working within the manufacturing, construction, energy, or related industry required.
