We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist for our client, an international oilfield services company that manufactures inflatable packers and swellable packer products.

Location: Houston, TX 77092

Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances.

Set up and operate CNC mills and, ensuring precision in machining processes.

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.

Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls software as needed.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications:

High Diploma or GED

Mori Seki with Fanuc controls experience

Threading experience should include: API, Rotary shoulder connections, buttress, Stub Acme, Acme, 8 round 10 round tapered connections.

Must have set up experience

Ability to read and understand g-code

Ability to read and run canned cycles
