We're looking for candidates interested in Commercial Lines to support our agency in managing client relationships, upholding Winter-Dent's reputation for excellent customer service, and partnering with Producer to oversee the implementation and servicing of commercial accounts.

THE ROLE

New Business Support

Partner with Producer to understand scope of client's business, needs, risk profile, and other necessary information

Enter new applications into EPIC

Pull Loss Runs, Loss Analysis for Marketing

Bind and/or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract

Ongoing Client Servicing

Timely handing of all incoming communication (calls, emails) from clients and companies regarding accounts in AM's book

Serve as back-up to other account managers on the Large Commercial team to provide coverage when they are out-of-the-office

Export client risk, as applicable

Ensure clients complete their builders risk reporting forms

Mail audits within 24 hours of receipt to insureds and follow-up as set by established audit procedures

Manage Renewal Process

Is responsible for completion of applications and gathering of necessary information to marketing department by 100 days before expiration for any renewal account being marketed.

Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC.

Process renewal change requests

Manage client invoicing needs, in partnership with Operations Manager and Accounting Department

Create renewal proposals, including marking appropriate sections with highlight and signature tabs

Attach and label quotes/policies/binders/renewal notices within CRM

Bind and/or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract

Partner with Marketing and Placement, Bonds, Loss Control & Safety, and Claims teams to coordinate client needs, servicing requirements, and marketing efforts

Identify and communicate penetration opportunities: additional coverages and products not currently provided to client

Miscellaneous Duties

Partner with assigned Account Tech in servicing mutual accounts

Work as an efficient team member with Producers on new or existing accounts

Manage incoming mail

Ensuring all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC

All other duties assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license acquired upon hire or to be obtained within 90 days of employment

You have 2+ years of insurance industry preferred

You have proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships strongly preferred

You have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, build meaningful connections, and calmly de-escalate situations of frustration
