This position will work with cutting edge technology, deliver high quality solutions across various industries, and oversee team(s) on engagements that range in size and scope. This role will assess business processes and identify areas of application for RPA technologies, as well as architect, design, develop, and deploy software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency. This position will receive continuous career development opportunities, given the size and potential of client engagements. This role will perform hands-on delivery and management of data analytics projects with focus on process automation, overseeing the development and unit testing of solutions (note that this position will also require design of architecture and development of critical components where needed). This position will ultimately own consulting relationships across multiple clients and technologies.

Job Duties:

Hands On Delivery Responsibilities:

Architects, designs, and implements best in class automation (RPA) solutions, data ingestion strategies, data warehouse and data mart structures, semantic layers and models, visualizations, streaming processes, and API integrations for end-to-end data analytics solutions on primarily, but not limited to, cloud analytics platforms such as Azure and AWS

Oversees overall quality and accurate implementation of deliverables from the technical team

Listens to client needs to align solution with business requirements and delivery schedule

Creates written functional, architectural, and technical designs

Leads project status and stand meetings, and provides aggregated project status for project and program managers

Leads SLA compliance of solutions, and owns performance tuning and optimization efforts of end-to-end solutions

Prepares solution design documents and develops framework for automating scripting-based processes

Creates reusable workflows and library components to reduce the development time and increase maintainability

Delivers high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables with broad impact (high throughput and low latency)

Defines and implements governance programs and best practices

Oversees or executes the cleaning and transforming of data from source systems into analytics models

Designs models to support data visualizations and integrations is preferred

Establishes DevOps, DataOps and MLOps methodologies on projects

Assists project managers with work breakdown structure creation, project estimation, resource staffing, workload planning and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle

Assists clients with licensing, security, and cost estimation of solutions

Oversees or performs code reviews to ensure adherence to standards

Works directly with clients and team members to establish secure data analytics platforms and infrastructure

Deploys successful developed solutions and integration of DevOps tools

Maintains a broad and current understanding of process automation, data analytics and business intelligence strategies, cloud platforms, methodologies, and tools

Manages and builds client relationships during project execution, effectively becoming a trusted advisor of the client

Participates in support activities for existing software solutions

Works with the Data & AI team to perform pre-sales engineering and scoping exercises to assist with closing new opportunities

Manages practice delivery standards and recommends updates to best practices

Technically leads developers within projects to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met

Responsible for project delivery to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met

Manages client expectations throughout solution implementation

Performs code reviews of staff and ensures adherence to standards

Mentors project team members on best practices, techniques, and tools

Evaluates the performance of assigned team, and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional development

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required

Bachelor’s degree, preferred; focus in Information Systems, Data Science or Computer Science, preferred

Experience:

Eight (8) or more years of experience within Process Automation, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, required

Eight (8) or more years of experience leading teams and coaching meetings, required

Eight (8) or more years knowledge of the software development life cycle and ability to demonstrate success leading multiple project teams to completion while mitigating risks, required

Four (4) or more years of experience with RPA, automation, Power Automate, or UiPath Development, required

Hands-on work-related experience in designing, delivering, and managing automation solutions, required

License/Certifications:

UiPath certified developer, preferred

Power Automate certified developer, preferred

Azure Fundamentals, preferred

Software:

Experience with four (4) or more of the following, required:

Experience with .NET development tools

Strong SQL skills including Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), views, functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning, required

Experience with one (1) or more of the following computer languages, required:

Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Semantic Model Definition or Star Schema Construction, preferred

Hands on delivery experience of end-to-end cloud data analytics solutions within Azure or AWS, preferred

Experience with Git and DevOps deployment technologies, preferred

Experience with Linux, preferred

Experience with one (1) or more of the following, preferred:

AI Algorithms/Machine Learning

IoT and/or streaming data ingestion tools

Computer Vision based AI technologies

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
