The Project Director's duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the of program's funds in accordance with federal allowable nd non-allowable cost guidelines.Be an unabashed model for underrepresented, low-income, first generation populations.Design a faculty-mentor recruitment plan that adequately meets the program participants' mentoring needs.Build a Winning McNair Team that facilitates continuing attainments of the Program's objectives.Provide Team McNair with leadership that optimize the Team's outputs.Cultivate inter-TRIO programs collaboration that mutually benefits participating programs.
