Wire Rope Fabricator

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Wire Rope Fabricator for our clientâ s warehouse in Alsip, IL The Wire Roper Fabricator is responsible for mixing chemicals to produce bulk materials for packaging production to the specifications of the batch card in a timely and safe manner. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include M-F (7a-3:30p). Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Wire Rope Fabricator:

Fabricate and repair wire rope slings and assemblies; and

Achieve qualification as an apprentice (minimum) or journeyman splicer.

Serve as a driver to make deliveries and pick ups as required to meet business needs

Perform other functions as required. Preferred Qualifications of the Wire Rope Fabricator:

Previous experience in manufacturing role working with various tools

Comfortable standing for extended periods of time.

Able to life up to 50 pounds
