This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Function:\nEvening Shift.\n3pm -11:30pm.\n Assess patients' mental health status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

\n\n Administer and monitor psychotropic medications, observing for efficacy and potential side effects.

\n\n Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support patients' emotional well-being and recovery.

\n\n Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
