This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare institution with a collaborative team environment and cutting-edge imaging technology.\n Job Function:\nOvernight shift \nMonday - Friday, 9am-5pm\n Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays and mammograms, in compliance with safety and quality standards.\n\n Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by implementing radiation protection techniques.\n\n Assist and guide Radiographers in performing imaging procedures.\n\n Prepare radiological areas, equipment, contrast materials, and patients for imaging procedures.\n\n Conduct diagnostic testing on imaging equipment and perform routine maintenance.\n\n Document and report patient changes or equipment issues to the appropriate healthcare professionals.\n\n Provide patient education by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring patient cooperation.\n\n\n \n Job Requirements:\nMust have completed an approved Radiology Technologist program\nValid license and current registration to practice as a Radiological Technologist in the state of New York\nMust be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills\n\n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
